Fixed

• ModifyCommercially on Vehicle Images now excludes NoDerivatives labels. It keeps public-domain, attribution, and ShareAlike labels, and excludes NonCommercial and NoDerivatives.

Added

• license accepts a comma-separated list of cc_publicdomain, cc_attribute, cc_sharealike, cc_noncommercial, and cc_nonderived. Prefix a token with - to exclude that label. At least one included token is required.
• An unrecognized license value returns 400 and is not billed.

Notes

• Omitting license, or sending it blank, is unchanged: results are not filtered by usage rights.
• The filter reads license labels from the image's source page. It does not grant a copyright license. Confirm each image's contextLink before you reuse it.
